Keto Avocado Chocolate Mousse Recipe


Ingredients:
Flesh of 1 avocado
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
6 pitted Medjool dates if you need some sweet
1 1/4 cup canned coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Blend ripe avocado, cocoa powder, dates, canned coconut cream, and vanilla extract.
Blend until smooth
Transfer the chocolate mouse into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 2 days in fridge. wrap or cover each ramekin to prevent drying out.
Serve with chocolate flakes or unsweetened desiccated coconut.
