Hormone Building Ryze Breakfast Smoothie


1/2 cup coconut milk

1/3 cup organic blueberries - frozen

1/3 cup organic pumpkin puree

1 tbsp Ryze Mushroom Coffee

1 tsp Cocoa Nibs

Add filtered water to consistency that you like, or ice cubes
