Coconut Banana Balls




Ingredients

Vegetarian, Gluten free, Paleo, Dairy Free∙ Makes 12 (but we ate about 4 before we were done)

1 Banana


2 TBLS Carob Powder


Condiments


1 tbsp Honey, raw


Baking & Spices


1 Dash Salt


1 tsp Vanilla extract


1 tsp Cinnamon


Oils & Vinegars


2 tbsp Coconut oil


Nuts & Seeds


2 cups Coconut, unsweetened



INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.


Form small balls (1-inch diameter) from the dough using your hands.


Refrigerate for 15 min.
