CONCIERGE EMAIL SERVICE FOR CLIENTS

We know that schedules are busy for everyone and with your health, time is valuable. In an effort to take care of our clients and to get your needs met sooner, Deanna Mautz BSN, RN will now be offering a "concierge email" service.

New Online Email service for Cannabis Consultations with Deanna Mautz, BSN RN

This service will provide clients with a way to check in between regularly scheduled visits. Your care often requires the nurse consultant to review your health plan, labs and medications along with other aspects of your health in order to give the best care.

How It Works:

• When you need to check in, you can send all questions and health status changes to Deanna by email carbonelevation@gmail.com

• Subject line needs to include your request for a Concierge Consult. 

• The doctors will then begin to work on all of your questions and revise your wellness plan accordingly. 

• We will reach out to you to schedule your 15 minute phone consultation/telemedicine with Deanna to review your plan. 

You will be billed for the total time (30 or 60 minutes) that the nurse consultant spends to prepare for your questions and that charge will include the 15 minute call.
